Ziggy in a Balloon

Effective November 1, 2026

The short version

  • The game collects no personal data - not about your child and not about you.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services in the game.
  • Progress and settings stay on this device.
  • Everything that leads outside the game is behind the parental gate.
  • We only hear from you when you write to us yourself.

What we don't collect

The game has no accounts, sign-in, chat or sharing. It never asks for a name, age, email address, photos or location, and it doesn't use the camera, microphone or contacts. It doesn't connect to the internet and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. So there is nothing for us to sell or share.

What stays on this device

So your child never has to start over, the game remembers their progress (finished levels, stars, coins, hangar items, the daily challenge) and its settings (sounds, music, vibration, little ones mode) on this device. None of it is sent anywhere and we cannot see it. It may be part of your iCloud or computer backup, which Apple handles according to your settings. Deleting the game deletes it.

Apple and the App Store

You get the game from the App Store, which Apple's privacy policy covers. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may give us aggregated statistics and crash reports. They contain nothing that identifies you or your child and help us fix bugs. Any purchase in the game is handled by Apple alone: we never see your payment details or Apple Account.

When you write to us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. To help us find a problem, the message comes pre-filled with the game version, the iOS version and the device model; you can delete them before sending. We use all of it only to answer you (our legitimate interest in replying to your message) and keep it only as long as that takes. Our email runs on Google Workspace, which processes it for us as our processor (also outside the EU, with the safeguards the GDPR requires).

Children

The game is made for young children, so it never asks a child for any information. Everything that leads outside the game, writing to us included, is behind the parental gate: a question only a grown-up can answer. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (in line with the GDPR and the US COPPA). If we learn that a child has written to us, we delete the message.

Your rights

You may ask us what data of yours we hold and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed over to you, and you may object to how we use it. Just write to us. If you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The game's progress is stored on the device and protected by iOS encryption. Your emails are read only by the people who answer them.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, the new version appears in the game and on our website with a new effective date. If we ever wanted to use data in a way not described here, we would tell you first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Contact

The game is run by the operator named below, who is also the controller of the data described here. For any question about privacy, write to us and we will reply as soon as we can.
