How this website treats your data - in short: it doesn't collect any.

- It loads nothing from other companies: fonts and pictures come from this site.

- We only hear from you when you write to us yourself.
Who we are
This website, hippyhop.com, is run by Tax Force s. r. o., which publishes its games under the HippyHopGames name and is the controller of the data described here.
This website
The site is a set of plain pages. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and contains no analytics, advertising, social media buttons or other third-party tools. Fonts and images are served from this website, so opening a page doesn't tell any other company that you visited.
Server logs
This website runs on a server we rent from DigitalOcean in its Frankfurt data centre, which processes the data below for us as our processor. Like any web server, it records technical details of each request - your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser - in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (our legitimate interest in running a safe website). We don't use these records to identify you or combine them with other data, and the server deletes them automatically after two weeks.
When you write to us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you (our legitimate interest in replying to your message) and keep it only as long as that takes. Our email runs on Google Workspace, which processes it for us as our processor (also outside the EU, with the safeguards the GDPR requires).

Children
Our games and this website are made with young children in mind, so neither asks a child for any information. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (in line with the GDPR and the US COPPA). If we learn that a child has written to us, we delete the message.
Your rights
You may ask us what data of yours we hold and have it corrected, deleted, restricted or handed over to you, and you may object to how we use it. Just write to us. If you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
